Latest News - United Gilsonite Laboratories Asbestos Personal Injury Trust

 

Effective today, March 17, 2016, the United Gilsonite Laboratories Asbestos Personal Injury Trust (“UGL Trust”) will begin accepting claims submitted online using the e-File system.  The e-File system is available through efile.cpf-inc.com.  In order to access the UGL Trust e-File component, a law firm must execute a UGL Trust Electronic Filer Agreement (“EFA”) and a UGL Trust law firm registration form.  These documents can be obtained on the resources page.  A previously executed CPF EFA is not sufficient.  For questions, please contact the Claims Processing Facility at ehelp@cpf-inc.com.

 

Please be advised that the Trust will begin accepting claims submitted in paper format only on December 17, 2015.  The Initial Claims Filing Date (as that term is defined in Section 5.1(a)(1) of the TDP) has been set by the Trust as June 17, 2016.  The Trust will process claims in the order stipulated by Section 5.1(a)(1) of the TDP.
